Is something that is very popular among used as a dietary supplement for hair. It is a composition of vitamins to make it easy for the user. But what does Priorin contain?

According to the Swedish National Food Agency, a varied diet provides around 40 µg of biotin per day.There is also no recommended daily intake. Biotin deficiency can lead to neurological problems such as sensory disturbances, depression and hallucinations, and in more acute cases eczema, hair loss and thinning nails.

L-cystine, Cysteine is essential for the formation of new skin. Cysteine speeds up the healing process after surgery and burns and increases resistance to disease by stimulating the activity of white blood cells in the immune system. Over 10 per cent of our hair is made up of cysteine. It contributes to healthy hair but also to the production of enzymes and insulin. Cysteine appears to have protective, anti-inflammatory properties.

Comes from a grain and contains various fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid. Millet is rich in the minerals zinc, phosphorus, iron and vitamin B6.

Pantothenic acid, belongs to the group of B vitamins (Vitamin B5)

It is a water-soluble vitamin found in all cells as a component of the important coenzyme A, which catalyses the burning of fats.
