Arm and leg stretch

Sagging of the thigh and inside of the upper part of the arm generally occurs due to accumulation of fat and sagging skin because of the aging and decrease of elastic fibers.
Factors such as hereditary tendency, aging, weight loss and gain, sun exposure and gravity generally increase the looseness of the skin and subcutaneous tissue and cause sagging.
The only solution for severe sagging is surgery. It may be done under general or local anesthesia. For very serious sagging or fat accumulation the patient may stay at the hospital for one day. Rest just one week after surgery. Stitches are removed after 12-14 days.
